This family are experiencing financial hardship due to health issues that impair their capacity
This is a family of 4, parents and a girl aged 6 and a boy aged 3, they identify as Aboriginal and the mother was in care herself as a child and is working really hard to give her children a different life. The mother has been employed full-time, but due to ongoing health issues that impair her ability to attend, she has exhausted her leave and goes without income for weeks at a time. The father is unable to work at this time due to medical issues, but hopes to be able to in the future. This impairs their ability to keep on top of the rent, bills and food and they have been issued a notice to remedy and eviction if this doesn't take place. The parents are focused on addressing these core issues, which means that other things cannot be addressed or aren't a priority, but they have a great deal of pressure on them presently.
