Single mother of three children who escaped DV and lived in hotels for some time. Came to an SHS service where she has obtained support to look at housing options for the long term. Recently has been working and is finding it hard to maintain healthy diets for her and her children.
A slow cooker will allow her to prepare meals and have them cook while she is working so that she may return home with a healthy meal ready for her family.
Single mother is working hard to get her life back on track and survive the trauma they have suffered from the DV.
