Three adults and 2 children, during Cyclone Alfred, they had water entered through the window and the garage door with the power come on and off, causing damage to household items and appliances such as beds, a dryer, a washing machine, clothes, and bed linens. Additionally, mold caused further damage, requiring extra money and effort to clean. She managed to replace and borrow some items from friends but still needs to replace another item while on retention and taking care of her daughter. Immediate action is needed to replace the remaining item and ensure the safety and comfort of her home.
