Very driven and determined young mum of 1, has recently relocated interstate due to chronic harassment from her father to the point where she had to put a FVO and flee. Significant trauma history. In the process of linking in with psychological supports again. Would like to return to work in the mines when her child is a little bit older however in the meantime will be studying Cert III in Beauty Therapy at TAFE. She has been struggling to make ends meet since fleeing, needing to find a safe and affordable home. Has a partner who does not help support financially at all. She is very independent and self-sufficient and does not like asking for help however would really appreciate any support offered. She is wanting to save for her own car, she needs groceries for herself and her little one and fuel to help get her to and from TAFE. She has applied for Childcare Subsidy however was only approved for 8 hours per fortnight, and she needs 3 days per week.
