Young trans female age 23, fled family home in regional area due to lack of support for gender transition, client experienced sexual, emotional and physical violence throughout childhood. Client has now been diagnosed with Autism and ADHD and has just been accepted for NDIS. Client needs support to set up their new upcoming housing with their ongoing supports.
