Resident is a newly single mother. Resident’s son has special needs. Resident also cares for her grandfather. Resident had no power for 5 days as a result of the Victorian February storm event and lost all her food from the fridge and freezer. Resident also lost $350 of medicine for her son. Residents rent has increased recently and the bills are pilling up. Resident struggles with her own mental health and see a psychiatrist. Resident is struggling financially as a result and would be grateful for any assistance that may be available.
