Person struggling with mental health, homelessness and long-term financial impacts due to COVID

Consumer struggles with Mental health and has recently become homeless due to the housing crisis in North Queensland. Consumer has been affected with the ever-quick rising cost of living due to COVID 19 and now cannot afford the weekly rental market, nor the cost of everyday living needs and expenses including a new phone. Consumer receives support shift but cannot be found often due to being homeless, this in turns makes it difficult to support Consumer to find housing and to link in with community supports.

A new or secondhand phone would be much appreciated!
