Woman has been married for about 11 years now and has been experiencing family violence from her husband. He has been cheating on her as well openly. He sees other women, sleeps with them and spends all his earnings on them. When he comes home he doesn't even speak to her properly and don't help with the children. The children want his attention and time but he doesn't fulfil that. Woman keeps waiting for him, cooks for him but he comes home to say that he has already eaten his dinner elsewhere.
She is the only one bearing all household expenses and looking after the house and children.
Woman has nil-income and is not eligible for the Centrelink payment due to her husband's high annual income. Woman also has a huge debt due to a financial abuse perpetrated by her in-laws.
