During 2022 floods Property was inundated with flood water, and structural damaged to home with footings and foundations. Clients higher section of property was safe no damage, but lower section was flooded.
Clients have struggled and suffered mentally and don't like to ask for help.
Mould has been a problem and has impacted on the health since Mould has been present.
Client's have been trying to navigate recovery themselves up until now.
Small amount of help will go along way. Replace some items in lower section.
