Lovely gentleman who has physical and psychosocial disabilities, and primary carer for 2 children

Lovely gentleman who has physical and psychosocial disabilities, father of 4, and primary carer for the 2 youngest children.
He broke his back in 2021 and due to Covid the surgery was delayed. He then developed 'drop foot' which causes an unbalanced walk and falls. He suffers pain in his back daily. The specialists have said there is no further treatment.
He has had PTSD from a home invasion and chronic depression for the last 20 years
When the mother of his children left him in 2020, he spiralled downhill. He started a new relationship which ended up being abusive. He has recently been falsely accused of being abusive towards his partner and due to go to court. He is on remand. He is extremely devastated and looking forward to being reunited with his 4 children (who visit weekly)
His younger children are staying with his other 2 older adult children currently and miss their father dearly. They are struggling financially and would benefit from any assistance.
