Single male was homeless living on an isolated off grid property in a tent during FNQ flooding and cyclone. Lost all his belongings during event and now residing temporarily in a shed on an off grid property with no mains power etc. Client has major physical health issues from breaking his back in the past. Client is currently applying for the DSP however this is a long process. Client is suffering ongoing mental health issues and financial hardship worsened due to the recent disaster and it's ongoing impact in the region. Client cannot work due to his health issues and desperately needs assistance with replacing items damaged and lost during cyclone/flooding.
