Single mum with 6 year old disabled son, lost home and possessions in flood. They have no insurance, and have been denied DRG. Have not yet applied for B2HG, but will in the coming weeks. They have been living in temporary accommodation, however, are about to be relocated to permanent home/accommodation. They were evacuated by boat so were unable to save items.
