He would like to be able to talk to family and friend to maintain meaningful connections. with bigger screen.
55 years old man and needs multi-focals. His current spectacles are not appropriate for him to wear with the amount of tilt he needs to maintain functional seated position. He reports difficulties with viewing the screen of his current Samsung phone, which is on a phone mount on his chair and not easily interchangeable between his chair and bed. He would like to be able to talk family and friend in Korea and locally to maintain meaningful connections. A larger screen would facilite this. He also advised he does not have access to a TV as he is on the wait list for a 2 bedroom unit… and his family cannot afford buying him a TV. So he has limited leisure opportunities at home.
