Elderly couple impacted by both Feb and May flooding events struggling with the cost of living.
After speaking with the daughter who is the main contact person, she did advise that the impacted home belonged to her mother and father, the father has recently been hospitalised 2hrs away. As a result, the daughter has had to become the main caregiver. She did request support with replacing items that were unable to be saved following the floods. She was unaware that there was help that could be sought to get clothing, food, fuel etc.
