Aboriginal children and their families living in vulnerable and disadvantaged communities in remote Central Australia
Our organization is an early childhood and family support program for vulnerable and disadvantaged remote Indigenous communities. In the early years, families are the primary influence on children’s learning. This program caters to families who have children aged 0-4 years of age and provides early learning playgroup and parenting programmes on child development and health to enhance children’s early learning and to improve the developmental outcomes for remote Indigenous children.
Many of our families live in overcrowded housing and often in challenging home environments. Our young parents with babies and families are always in need of personal hygiene essentials, household items and clothes and our program is in need of resources for these wonderful families. Any donations big or small will go such a long way and will be greatly appreciated.
