Older man and his dog lost everything but their caravan.
Older male living in a caravan park with his companion (dog). He lost everything in the floods as they live next to a river. He has managed get things sorted and reestablished. However through out his rebuild period his dog has been going blind. He has had a lot of vet cost and is on a age pension. Since wither hit his health has been going down hill and has been told their is a 12 month wait list for the specialist to help with his breathing. His health means he can do little jobs to help others out that helps him with his income.
