Community hepatitis organisation & the Garden Space Project needs your help!
The Garden Space Project aims to teach current and future service users (many of whom fall into the senior age bracket of 55+ years), the importance of healthy eating, with a focus on eating foods that are excellent for liver health. The project will focus on four modules of interest: nutrition, exercise, relaxation and community.
