Laptops for twins needed- a budding architect and a potential sparky who needs our help.
We have 11 year old twins just starting high school this year. We want them to join in with their digital native peers & not be left behind. The twins live with their mum & younger brother. Mum is a single mum & this has been the case most of their lives. Getting by is a daily struggle.
The male twin has had significant difficulties, & has multiple diagnoses which makes schooling quite a challenge. This has made it difficult for mum to work at all for the past few years. The male twin loves maths and he is strong in learning and experiencing life in practical, hands on ways. He hopes one day to be an electrician.
The female twin absolutely loves school & works hard. She is almost a straight A student. She wants to be an architect.
The children have had very significant adverse childhood experiences and their mum is working hard to support& advocate for them. They have been upset to be without laptops to start the school year, as going without is making them feel different.
