Single elderly mans home was fully submerged by floodwater
Mans home was submerged by floodwater as the water was so very high and rose to heights not expected or seen before. Yes seen flooding in the area of his home before but never anything like what happened earlier this year. Lost everything having to start again has been very hard and depressing.
