Recently experienced decline in mental state due to ceasing medication to manage Paranoid Schizophrenia. After spending a month in a Mental Health Unit followed by support in the community, client is now back at work part time and has a room to rent to support his wellbeing. Because client was unable to work for approximately 3 months, he is now financially stressed and unable to cover basic expenses until working more hours.
