Asylum Seeker Family Experiencing Destitution

This asylum seeker family are survivors of family domestic violence, who are experiencing destitution. Due to no work rights, there is no opportunity to seek employment. The family are struggling to meet their immediate needs, and the children are in desperate need of new clothing and toys. The family rely heavily on food banks/parcels however as they follow a strict Halal diet they are often not able to receive meat that meets their dietary requirements. The children are all very determined to excel in their studies, and have received awards for their attendance, however struggle when school term finishes as the family are unable to afford extra curricular activities or excursions. The impacts of the family's circumstances is exacerbating existing mental health issues. Any assistance that can be provided would be greatly appreciated and provide comfort to this family.
