Advocating for the Socially Disadvantaged who are in need of support this Christmas

One of the main differences that our organisation has, is that it is different from other local charities. We give “food only cards” to our clientele.
One of our main ways of assisting clientele is through food cards. Whilst families and individuals can go to a Charity and receive a food parcel, there is a large gap due to allergies (eg. allergic reactions to various food items, “gluten intolerant”, “nut allergies”, “celiac condition” and clients who have anaphylaxis). The food-only cards helped the aforementioned because of their many medical conditions.
Through the food cards, families can also purchase baby formula, baby food, nappies, wipes, and other food items for children that do not come in a food parcel including butter, eggs, various types of vegetables, fresh fruit, meat, and laundry needs.
We have given the Food only Cards to assist, from babies to the very elderly (84 years old)
COVID also plays a part of our need to support people, who have been effected
