This woman has experienced chronic homelessness but recently transitioned into temporary housing. Over the past ten years, she has faced periods of homelessness intermittently along with drug addiction. Thanks to the assistance of her case manager, she managed to secure temporary accommodation while efforts are underway to secure a permanent residence through ACT Housing. Despite grappling with severe and enduring mental health issues, she has a strong support network in place to help her thrive.
