Single male living in supported accommodation Severe and persistent Mental illness with moderate intellectual disorder

Single male living in supported accommodation provided by a non-for-profit organisation. Age 26. This young Aboriginal and Torress Strait adult would benefit from support as he is living with Paranoid Schizophrenia and a moderate intellectual development disorder (significant impairment). Support would enable him to take personal responsibility and have an active sense of self by enabling him to facilitate collection of his medication, attend treatment independently, access groceries and leisure activities.
