My client is a 20 year old mother of 2 children under 2. She has been staying with family couch surfing due to unaffordable housing market and long waitlist for social housing.
She became homeless with her children due to overcrowding and family breakdown.
She has been in temporary accommodation, with her children, for over a month and has just received and accepted her very first Homes North housing offer.
As she has very little to no household items, to establish a home for her and the children, she will need to start from scratch.
