Client requires adult bicycle to limit the time he is away from his mother for whom he is a full time carer

Client is 41 years old and is suffering from depression and anxiety. He is a full-time carer for his mother. There is a history of domestic violence. Client has had application for Disability Support Pension rejected and is re-applying. Currently living off his mother's pension and his savings. Client requires a bicycle to attend courses and medical appointments and to reduce the time he is away from his mother.
