Due to disability, she needs a home visiting optometrist
Currently this lady has long standing issues with agoraphobia. She has not been out of the home in over 2 years. She will require long standing psychology to help with this. This has physical health issues which are chronic in nature, including cerebral palsy.
She is reading, which is something that keeps her occupied, but unfortunately deteriorating eyesight is making this difficult for her.
She requires an eye test. This can only be done via a home visiting optometrist, unfortunately this comes at a cost and is not covered under Medicare.
The cost is $175 from an optometrist called eyestyles.
