Home owner, Applied for Back to Home, Employed, Unemployed, Medical Condition, Youngest child just diagnosed w learning complications. Water came to ceiling of living area that is on the second level. Family had evacuated but lost everything. Have had to face rebuild of everything. Saved bathroom, walls were brick so they considered themselves lucky. However they only received Back to Home grant, and on one income. Funds are tight for groceries and fuel. Mother has had emergency surgery since flood.
