Flood impacted resident experiencing economic hardship, no insurance, flooded twice, grief and loss.

This resident was flooded out twice in the space of two weeks, lost most of her precious contents in the house, has two pets to look after, no insurance cover. Struggles with depression and anxiety. Does not have any family support and recently lost precious members of family.
Could really use a helping hand to buy some winter clothes, art items, groceries and some petrol to be able to attend her activities to sustain her mental health.
This resident's two pets which are the main focus of her life and the cost of these impacts on her already minimal budget. They are on a special diet due to health issues. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
