Single mum and four children needing support

Single mum and four children aged between 4 months and 18 years seeking support. The family have left their home in order to access more tailored support and are currently experiencing homelessness/housing instability. We are supporting with a range of issues including post-natal depression, school re-engagement, children's behaviours and housing support. Mum is experiencing significant financial stress and has limited funds available.
