She has been couch surfing long-term in overcrowded housing situation - 10 people live in the 3-bedroom property. Has been on the waitlist for housing and has the opportunity to move into her own unit with housing provider in the near future.
Current situation has impacted her mental health and wellbeing however she is working with professionals to lessen the impacts. Has history of severe anxiety and depression. Has very little informal support.
Requires household goods to be able to set up her new home for herself and her new baby.
