Single Mum and international student who had a workplace accident which left her in a wheelchair and with memory impairments

My client is a single mother and international student who one day at work suffered a terrible accident. Workcover manage to cover just initial management injuries of my client, however as time has passed by Workcover has neglected to provide support on new arising issues and illness consequence of the accident she had. The injuries and sequelae had took away her mobility, she is now on wheelchair, accident affected her memory and other important basic abilities.
