Single man who is sleeping rough near shower/toilet facilities has camping equipment which is in disrepair. Mental health challenges have led to long term unemployment and subsequent financial stresses. While the support being provided at the moment is focused on administration and advocacy related to his disability and applying for a Disability Support Pension, this man's wellbeing would be improved by having better fresh food and the ability to store it better.
