Young dad living rough requires help to purchase some items to allow him to take on care of his baby.

Young dad, who is living rough to remain close to his baby, is preparing to move back home to his family with his child and is unable to afford a car seat, cot, mattress or cot bedding. Dad's parents are doing the best that they can to provide support but are also financially unable to help with these items. Dad has been experiencing family violence from his ex-partner and has needed to resign from his job to care for his child, making it difficult for him to have the finances to purchase these items himself.

Specific items required would be 2 sets (to allow for washing and drying in the colder weather) cot sheet sets, blankets and mattress protectors. Preferred stores would be either Kmart or Target as there is not a large selection of stores in Launceston Tasmania.
