Starting a new chapter of her life

My client is a single mother of two children in care and a brand new baby, who escaped Domestic violence. She has recently moved from a horrendous environment to a new home and had a new baby girl and is back in contact with her two other boys and looking for them all to be together very soon in the new home. She has worked so hard to make major life changes and fought to reunite her family after some difficult times. She has had most of her belongings stolen and is starting fresh and needs some help from her community. She has struggled with addiction and is now totally abstinent, she has managed her mental health and is dealing with her trauma, whilst fighting to have her family reunited. She is a fighter and is taking on all of her challenges with support of people and organisations that can help her. She has no family support and is an independent woman overcoming so much trauma that she is an inspiration. She is setting up a brand new home, and needs your help please.
