A 2 years old boy who has an intellectual disability including Down Syndrome is trying to walk but needs a stroller

This 2 years old boy has an intellectual disability including Down Syndrome. Mum is looking after him all day as he is not able to attend a normal child care due to his food restriction and the child care cannot meet his basic need. Mum also has her own physical health issues but she tries to do her best to look after him. This boy tries to walk at home but still it is hard for him to get the balance and frequently fall down. When mum needs to go out for a shopping with him, they used to use a stroller for him.

However, he is getting high and big, more than 90 cm now, the current stroller is not fit him in. He needs a bigger stroller to fit in and also the stroller requires fully reclined so he could lay down.
As mum cannot drive, it is essential for them to have a stroller for accessing community facilities and going out for a walk.
