17 y/o Aboriginal young man needing assistance to participate in Driver Education Program in order to get his licence

Our client is a bright young Aboriginal man who has suffered a range of social issues growing up. As a result he has had extensive involvement with the Juvenile Justice system. At the moment he is abiding by his curfew and attending flexible education. This is a huge achievement for him. He is currently enrolled in our Driving program assisting young disadvantaged people to get their Drivers License. He is unable to engage adequately because he lacks a way to be contacted and has to rely on Juvenile Justice to make the contact for him. A phone would give him independence and the ability to do these things for himself. A cheap phone would also allow him to practice online learners tests which would assist him to get behind the wheel much faster.
