Client will soon come out of hospital and requires support back into his house.
We are supporting a client who is 65 and who lives by himself, who is battling alcohol addiction and is experiencing many issues caring for himself and sustaining his tenancy.
It is very important for him to be able to interact with support staff and agencies, as it is a safety risk because his mobility is impaired and he rarely leaves his unit. Access to his supports especially health and emergency services is crucial to his survival and ongoing wellbeing.
He currently needs a simpler mobile phone as he finds smart phones far too complex and will often discard them if he cannot access them.
