Struggling & loving nan taking on care of grandchild, due to child with addiction & mental health illness losing rights.

Struggling Nan with alot on her plate. She has taken on the care of her 2.9year old granddaughter, due to her drug addicted (20yo) daughter struggling with mental illness and making life bad choices has lost her parental rights with her two children. Her 6 yo son is in foster care for the last 6 years and her daughter (2.9yo) now in care with Nan for 2 years. Nan was asked to leave her current rental due to owner selling house after 6 years of living there. Nan was ready to leave location as daughter would regularly breach her AvO and turn up at Nans (mums) house regularly & create extremely stressful situations involving the police on a regular basis. Nan is a loving person who also recently discovered she has diabetes & other health concerns and had to sell her car to pay bills to get out or rears. She works hard however her monies is all going to medical bills, moving and legal expenses. Nan needs help with furniture and additional living support. She really deserves a hand up.
