Single man, late 60's lost everything in floods and had no insurance

This older gentleman lost everything in the flood. He did not have insurance and has had to rebuild his home out of his own pocket. Due to health reasons he cannot work and he can not afford to replace all the items he lost in the floods.

His priority has been to rebuild his home.

He also does not drive much at all and is reliant on transport services to complete his shopping and attend appointments.

He lost everything in the flood, including a computer, which he has not yet replaced - for financial reasons - and he would like a laptop to be able to complete his everyday administration tasks on.

This man is significantly impacted by mental health issues and would potentially also like to be able to access mental health support online.
