60 year old Woman with Intellectual Disability in financial hardship

60 year old woman lives with an intellectual disability since birth and, as a result, must reside in 24 hour supported care. She is a lovely woman who loves colouring in, talking to other people, and going out in the community, however, due to mobility issues she is obese and cannot walk without her mobility walker. She has recently retired from disability employment and is getting used to retirement at home with her housemates.
