Foster care mother of a 10 year old struggling financially
This lady is fostering a 10 year old boy who was severely neglected. The child has ASD and mental health issues. The child was only attending school 40% prior to being in foster care. He was non verbal except when at home however now that he is attending school daily he is starting to interact at school for the first time. This lady receives the family tax benefit and DOCS payment fortnightly.
She needs help to provide a laptop for her foster child's schooling.
