Financial support for vulnerable families at a local school in a vulnerable area.

Local school situated in an area that is considered to have a low socio-economic cohort. The school community is varied, and many families enrolled at the school are considered quite vulnerable families. There is a high rate of government housing in the area and the needs of families can be varied. Some of the needs include financial hardship with the cost of living rising, unstable accommodation, children with special needs requiring ongoing medical and therapeutic support, intergenerational trauma and domestic violence to name a few.

The school community is committed to assisting families with support this Christmas and are reaching out to the wider community to assist and help us support families with some financial relief over the Christmas period.
