53-year-old male with Intellectual Disability and Brain Injury who lives alone in his small unit. His father has moved up north so he has no family support. He has been working 15 hours a week despite back injury just recovered, and he saves all his money for his daughter, who is going to school. His fridge has been broken down for a while, and we just realised that because he has been asking for one-off meals, and that he cannot store any food in his fridge. He is very giving, look after others but not himself. He is unable to replace his fridge with his current salary. He felt shy to reach out for support, but agreed to see whether anyone has a spare fridge they are willing to donate.
