This woman is currently living in community housing and struggling financially as she is relying on the disability support pension as her main source of income. She has particularly struggled during the COVID-19 pandemic with her mental health and wellbeing being negatively impacted, especially with the hightened feelings of isolation. A phone would mean she could connect with her supports, potential employers and her study institution. She does not currently own her own device and has struggled keeping in touch with people
