Client lives with wife and four young children all 7 years and under...
Client is CALD and only one person in the family works on a casual basis.
Wife and children's mental health has been affected and have not been the same since the floods.
Their home was significantly affected by floods with water through out home and shedding. Electrical, whitegoods, beds, heater, flooring all significantly affected / damaged and thrown out.
They have very low income and did not have insurance for flooding.
The have replaced heater so far and have had to put things off because they cannot afford to repair at this stage. Mould is becoming an issue.
Clients need significant assistance to get some furniture, whitegoods, bedding and numerous vouchers to help get back on track. Inc clothing and shoes etc.
Client is very humble and appreciative of any help they can get. Client is working as hard as he can casually to get extra funds to help support his family.
