Supporting single mother who is the last stages of reunification and is moving to Perth

Looking for some assistance Have been working with this family for the past 46months. Recently unification has occurred and this family has been relocated to another house. in another part of the State. This single mother has also enrol in University to improve her education and get a job. She is needing some assistance with a new laptop and printer as her is old and out of date.
