family lost everything, now in buy back rental (temporary accommodation)

Water came into the house to the ceiling lost all possessions, had to break the roof with axe to escape flood waters. Took 5 hours to be rescued, family still experiencing trauma. Then moved into temporary accommodation which is now a buy back, no assurance of long term accommodation. Has two children one at school.
