Single male living in remote FNQ flood affected community

Single male living in remote off grid community that has been severely impacted by Tropical Cyclone Jasper and subsequent flooding. During the event a large tree landed on his roof, the impact blowing out his windows. Client has no insurance and is living in his damaged property that he has been repairing himself with materials he is finding at the local garbage dump. Client has some employment however this is minimal due to the remoteness of his location and the lack of tourism due to the disaster impacting the area heavily. Client lost his gas refrigerator in the tree impact on his roof and currently is surviving off non perishable food which is causing his health and mental health to suffer.
