Mercycare, in a partnership with Centacare Kimberly, provides Aboriginal people who are visiting Broome and Derby with a safe, supportive and affordable accommodation. As a guest at the Derby or Broome Aboriginal Short Stay you will have access to quality family friendly accommodation options, in one of our two custom built facilities.

Whatever your need may be, we have local Aboriginal Support Workers in Broome and Derby, who are ready and able to assist you to find the right type support, and to make sure, you have the best possible accommodation experience. Our local staff are committed to providing quality accommodation in a culturally appropriate way, and in supporting our guests to make the most of their visit to Broome or Derby.

Broome CIRCLE is a well established not-for-profit located in the town of Broome in the Kimberly region of WA. Established in 1989, it has grown to include a robust Money Support Hub, Community Development and Volunteering Programs.
Broome CIRCLE provide financial management and financial capability services to people in financial crisis in the area. More recently, Broome CIRCLE has been funded to coordinate the Broome Volunteer Resource Service. Broome CIRCLE support residents of Broome, and also conduct outreach to the Indigenous communities of Ardyaloon, Bidyadanga, Djarindjin, and Beagle Bay.

Broome Lotteries House Inc

Broome Lotteries House Incorporated is your local not for profit community centre offering low rate office space and venue hire to the community. The operations of the facility are self funded and managed by a volunteer committee. A permanent base for 10 other not for profit organisations, the centre is a vibrant hub for community networking.

Broome PCYC

We work with at-risk and disadvantaged youth, especially those who may be in touch with the law or heading down that path. We also reach out to provide community wide programs and events in an effort to bridge the gap. Our main objective is to make things affordable and assist those who may otherwise miss out.

Our Centre in Broome is very large and only has 1 full time staff (our manager) and 2 part time workers; a programs coordinator and an admin worker. As a team we are always trying to put on the biggest and best events/programs :D
